Returns & Refunds

Please follow the steps below to return merchandise to Bahle's of Suttons Bay. If you have further questions or concerns please give us a call at 1-231-271-5801 or send an email.

Step 1

Please review our return policy below:
Returns are subject to the following criteria (Any return that does not meet the following criteria will be refused and returned to sender at their expense):

  • Merchandise must be in new, unused, unaltered condition with the tags attached.
  • Merchandise will be refused if the item(s) has been worn, washed or missing tags.
  • Merchandise with odors or pet hair will be refused.
  • Footwear must be in new, unused condition and in original shoe box. Please do not use shoe box for shipping.
  • Regular and Sale Priced Merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Holiday Return Exception: Any order placed between October 1st and December 24th has an extended return period. Item(s) ordered during this time period must be postmarked by January 15th to be eligible for a refund.

Step 3

Be patient. Upon acceptance of return, a refund will be issued to the credit/debit card used in the original purchase. The refund amount will reflect the full purchase price of the item(s) including any applicable sales tax.

Shipping charges are not refunded.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund transaction to reflect on your credit/debit card statement.

You may also choose to have the refund issued in the form of store credit. Store credit refunds will be in the form of a memo and a ledger entry in our offices, contact us if you prefer this option.
